I am so happy with the whole experience. This place is the bee's knees. So, story time. It started out with talking with a sales rep named Gabby. She was super nice, relatable, and not the "pushy used car salesman". I had one vehicle picked but it wasn't available. She asked me a bunch of questions and as I'm answering she finds The One. I had my 2016 jeep cherokee latitude in for a cylinder 5 misfire and I ask them to check why the svc service light came on I was told that it may have came on with the engine light. I also asked if the tech took it for a drive to see if it was OK. I didn't even make it off the lot and the svc light came back on . You would think that after I paid almost $1,500.00 he could have a least checked it out. Instead of trying to sell me tires that I didn't even asked to be checked 🙄 Mike

This was my first time dealing with Ciocca and it was a pleasant experience. I had an issue with a sliding door on my van which I learned had a recall. They looked it up, verified it was still in warranty and fixed the issue. They kept me updated via text which was great. We would use them again. Highly recommend Ciooca Dealership.
