My husband took his truck to be inspected at 8AM at 10:00 they said another 2 hours to fix additional needed work. They came out at noon and said about 2 more hours with a price of 1500.00. At 2:45 I arrived pissed off, they told me they would have it done today. This place was good before but this will be the last time
I recently moved into the area. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was ready for service. I picked Ciocca because it was the closest to where I am living. I made the right choice. They were great in all areas. Professionalism shown every step of the way. Probably the best service experience I have had on any of the many vehicles that I have owned at any of the many dealership service experiences that I have had. Five star rating to Ciocca!
