Jordan and the team are pretty awesome! They answered all our questions and if they didn't know the answer they found it quickly! Tech. stuff is not my high point and trying to remember it all is on me! But Jordan went over it with us and said if I had questions in the future to reach out! Had an issue with my current jeep and wanted to trade it in or just purchase a new one. While my Jeep was in the shop I asked for a the trade in value. I was td they would get back with me. They never called me back with the value. When I went in the next day they still didnt have the estimate for me. I had the best service experience today. My advisor Jordan was a delight and made sure to go over everything in detail. I was in and out in no time! The waiting area is also perfect for anyone that needs to continue working while running errands! It was quiet, clean and well stocked with coffee and snacks for the perfect pick me up while I waited. Thanks again guys!
I had my 2016 jeep cherokee latitude in for a cylinder 5 misfire and I ask them to check why the svc service light came on I was told that it may have came on with the engine light. I also asked if the tech took it for a drive to see if it was OK. I didn't even make it off the lot and the svc light came back on . You would think that after I paid almost $1,500.00 he could have a least checked it out. Instead of trying to sell me tires that I didn't even asked to be checked 🙄 Mike
