I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in June 2024. I used my own financing through my credit union. When I signed the paperwork, I gave the dealership all of the information for the credit union so the title could be sent to them. The credit union never received the title. 6 months later I received the title in the mail from a completely different credit union stating the they received the title but I didn't have an account with them. Great dealership! Zachary Bly my salesman was very helpful and patient. The General Manager Ahmed Fayed was also great and helped make a great deal. I would highly recommend this dealership!
Went for simple free oil change and filter. 23 jeep wrangler 28,000 miles. Needed 2 filters. They called and said I needed numerous flushes the prices that were quoted blew my mind. I agreed to 1 flush. 439 dollars. 269 in labor charges. Dear god. Sorry I ever bought the car hear. Steer away
Bought my Ram from Ciocca CDJR last year and couldn't be happier with it. I recently had a full tune up done to help offset how much driving I do and was very pleased with their service department as well. Really loved the touch of the video updates they sent me as the truck was being worked on. I'll continue to be a customer here for a long time! :)
Had a great, easy buying experience. Zach was extremely great to work with. Very professional and transparent and gave me a great deal on the exact truck I was in the market for.
