I was fraudulently charged for a warrantee and gap insurance program that I never was offered or consented to. When I complained I was charged cancellation fee and my refund was prorated. I could not get the general manager on phone or email. I reported to the Better Business Bureau. Did anyone have a similar experience? I was told the finance person I worked with had been let go and the current person could not help me.
Stay Far AWAY from this dealership and maybe ciocca all together. I purchased my truck here in 2021. I had a scheduled appointment for my Ram 1500 2021 to get the transmission fluid changed and the regular oil change. The advisor Kellie told he she need to get a quote. She returned and said it was going to be $1,200. I thought it seemed a little high but I was ok with $1,200. When I went to pay for work the work she said it was $1,500. - Poor communication - Long repair times for minor work - lied about issues and confirmed with service manager that it had occurred. - no follow up about blatant fraud. Honestly disappointed. Dropped off my mom’s jeep because it had a check engine light and we still have a warranty. They had the car for a day then said we’d need to drop it off another time to diag the problem.
