Original car buying process was very smooth, no issues with that. However at the time of purchase I signed up to get a Mopar extended warranty, and as I recently found out (about a year later) I was in fact not sold a Mopar warranty but a 3rd party warranty. I thought the price for routine maintenance was very expensive! Changing oil and filters, tire rotation plus Labor and disposal fees were excessive! $660.00 dollars terrible for routine maintenance! Will shop around for next time.
