Ciocca Chevrolet of Quakertown was awesome. Chris Wygand was a great service manager and helped me so I had the greatest experience there. His technician Timothy diagnosed and replaced my transmission. My only concern is my transmission is still shifting hard, it’s not as bad as it was. I am suppose to allow it break in so we will continue and see how it goes, I know it is a GM manufacturer issue. The dealership itself was awesome.
A $2000.00 oil change?, Scheduled an oil change for a 2500 HD Duramax and shortly after sitting down in the waiting room was given a $400 up-sale estimate which was politely declined. About an hour and a half later was given a second up-sale estimate for $1300 and when asking if everything that was recommended was part of scheduled maintenance for a truck with 50K on it was told they didn't know, guess they don't know my vehicle the best, so I checked, and guess what not a single item was due for replacement as part of sched... read more
Came in for car making a noise and running a little rough. They gave me a detailed video of the issues my car was experiencing. (excellent way to see what is really going on other then them just telling you verbally). Car needed major work. New Transmission and some other work. Time frame they told me in 7-10 days.
