DO NOT BUY A Chevy traverse from this dealership. My husband and I purchased a brand new Chevy traverse in 2020 and owned it only 5 years and the transmission needed replaced completely. The dealership didn't do anything for us whatsoever. A brand new car worth nothing.
Meredith was amazing to work with. After looking for a few months, and test driving different mid-size trucks, I decided to go with the Chevy Colorado Trailboss. Something I really appreciated about Meredith was that she took the time in the vehicle to show me different features in the truck - something none of the other sales people did at competing companies. Bought a 2016 Stingray Corvette from them this summer. They forgot to send the plates, had to call multiple times to get registration and plates once temporary tags expired. So I couldn’t even legally drive it. Once I thought I everything was taken care of I get a bill in the mail months later stated they were over a month late filing the taxes.
