It was ridiculously expensive! I can't actually critique the service I received because it was to install a battery and switch out wiper blades. Unfortunately, I reside in Georgia and this is where OnStar took my daughter's car which is 5-7min away from WCU(strategically located). Students and Parents be aware of this. There's no special skills needed to install a battery/wiper blades that would justify $200/hr charges, nor a $600+ charge for those two items. I would not recommend this dealership for service. We originally spent over $1,400 on preventative maintenance on our 21 Tahoe. Somehow our windshield got cracked while there so we had to make last minute arrangements to pick it up and then drop it back off. Ok, things happen. On the way home check engine lights came on that were not there prior. They offered free labor to replace two tire pressure sensors that went bad while it was back for windshield replacement.
