Everyone was helpful and very knowledgeable
The flexibility in the professional integrity displayed by the employees in this car dealership is appalling. The simplest of tasks quagmires by passing the buck onto the next department. No one seems to do the things they were asked to do. Making an appointment has taken days and it has not been accomplished yet. I have no idea why any one would buy a car from this group. There is not a car on the lot that cannot be bought elsewhere.
This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Ellie was amazing. She’s sweet, not pushy, but honest. I appreciated her from right off the bat! She even made the test drive a lot of fun. Chris in finance was also very kind! Both of them helped make the process smooth and easy. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Ciocca West Chester!
The service department is always above reproach. Rick in-particular is just awesome and always accommodating. In addition, the mechanic video is very helpful and well done every time. The owner should value this service team as an asset to the sales team!!!!
