Jason and the other mechanics found the problem easily. We were updated all the way through the process, and we were out of the shop in a day.
First - this feedback is coming from someone who loves his own mechanic and often does some of his own repair work.......that is I avoid the dealership when possible. Got a new transmission put in under warranty, I’ve had dealerships hold my vehicle for months and not even fix anything, Ciocca Chevy service took my vehicle and only a couple days later, they got it covered and put the new transmission in. They kept me updated the whole time. I’m blown away with how awesome the service department is. They immediately got to work and got it done. Thanks so much to Rick and Jason the service advisors. I will 100% be using this dealership for all my service going forward!
