Beyond annoyed. Had issues with an extended warranty that was sold with my new used car back in 2021. In 2024 they finally worked things out with the contract and things were fine, was told some sales people who were no longer there were selling add ons to contracts that wasn’t approved. Today I come in to find my extended warranty expired at 75k but it was sold to me as 7 year, was never told there was a mileage limit. Serviced my car well - in and out quick.
I dropped my car off just for an oil change. It’s very obvious that this dealership is under staffed. A driver took me to the mall to kill time. Once I got a text that my car was done I replied where I would be standing. No reply thinking it was auto generated. So I started calling the dealership.
