In the past I’ve received poor service from this dealership, but I decided to give them another try. I am glad to say that this experience was easy and straight forward. My salesman was Kyle and our finance guy was Matt. They made the process quick and easy. They answered all of our questions and Kyle also helped us purchase some accessories from the parts department that the dealer installed. Over all, we are happy with the car and if we need a car in the future we will return.
I went without my 2017 Ram 1500 for 6+ weeks, paid out of pocket for a rental after being denied a loaner until the end, and despite promises of reimbursement, I’ve received nothing. Poor communication and a frustrating, costly experience.

So far, the experience has been horrible. If possible, I would give them a negative one-star rating. I think I will never buy a car from their brand again. Never ever.
This by far was not a good experience i took my 2025 chevy trax to this dealer for service on my air they charged my warrant $204 and temporary fix my ac my ac went out 2 days after being out of the shop i reached out to them they gave me the run around i than got a second opinion from another license dealer they discovered so man more problems chevy is a big company they also told me they don’t give out loner cars i’ll never take my vehicle back
