I originally called to schedule service because my car was shutting off while driving. When I made the appointment, I inquired about ride sharing to and from dealer because it was a workday. I was told shuttle rides are provided by dealers to and from my destination. I was asked for my address of work and was told that wouldn’t be a problem. Ryan was helpful and thorough and explained everything honestly. The experience was easy, quick and the communication was helpful. I didn’t feel, at any point, like he was trying to recommend things I didn’t need.
Brought my 1 year old corvette in for service, oil change, recalls and asked for them to check the wireless car charger (not working still) and center glove box because it gets stuck shut. I put a phone cable in there to charge my phone since the wireless charger isn’t working. Service adviser called me to tell me it wasn’t under warranty because the phone cable damaged the latch.
