Recently bought from ciocca pleasentville, nj. First brand new car and the experience has been horrible. Brand new 2026 outback, just over 2,000 miles on it and the GPS, radio, bluetooth, entire operating system do not work and went out while I was traveling. I have called for over a week to get service and the service team has told me how they cannot accommodate my timing for service, because I need my car to work. 8 phone calls, 0 call backs. Half the time you don’t even get anyone at all. Then when you do, sometimes you are transferred to a line that rings and rings before eventually just disconnecting. The other times you reach a VM, which yield 0 call backs. What do I have to do to find out if my windshield control arm is covered under warranty or not??????
You are better off buying a car from a stranger off the street than dealing with one of their dealerships. Temp expired no plates no explanation no I’m sorry no updates issues with the car I bought They didn’t check it properly.
