In the summer of 2016 we had CIO-NAP build a roof over a concrete slab for our backyard patio. After completion a few weeks later the leading edge along the rain gutter the plywood heaved 1" or so. It exposed that the CDX plywood was secured down with asphalt shingle staples. I argued with Bobby the owner and his excuse was they never used CDX board only OSB board which never bows and always used staples.
