The Longview apartment complex The Timber is horrible!
The management team has been extremely helpful with our rental. Maintenance was very prompt replying and coming out the next day after a request was put in. It took maintenance about 10 minutes to fix the issue we were having. I highly recommend renting from this property management.
I am a new resident and put in a recent device request via portal. I love that the request can be put in via my phone and the response time and friendliness is top tier!

We had a great experience with our lease at The Glen. The property was clean & well-maintained. Any questions or communication with the landlord/property managers was always easy-going and any maintenance needs we had were also always addressed quickly. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located to everything we needed, with Tyler being right down the road. The entire leasing process was easy from move-in to move-out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!
