Horrible customer service. They lock you in a contract and don’t keep their side up. I have been waiting on uniforms for an employee who has been here for 4 months. Their only response is you are under contract.I Do not recommend! I have called customer service and gotten no where. Don’t waist your time there are other uniform companies out there.

Loving our service from unifirst. Shelby (our rep) is always quick to respond, professional and handles anything and everything we ask of her. Even if it's a ridiculous request she will make it happen without a moments hesitation. I definitely recommend using unifirst and make sure to request Shelby as your rep!
