Once you Start service getting uniforms with this place. They never want to let you go. Be careful on the paperwork you signed. They say you cannot cancel unless you retire or you sell your business. But yet when the Worker signed you up, he said don't worry about it when you're ready to cancel. I'll take care of you. Don't believe anything this company says. Rent elsewhere.
This company is honestly terrible. High prices, terribly trained drivers who never listen and always have excuses. They tell us our auto repair shop getting our uniforms dirty "makes them look bad" which makes no logical sense at all yet we constantly get these "clean" rags full of metal shaves which I'm tired of getting my hands and face cut on and now today I find an entire birds nest size ball of metal shavings in a "clean" bag of rags. I have to say I am very impressed with the customer service and products that Cintas has provided for my collision center. After previously dealing with Unifirst we had the worst experience and we’re hesitant to try and rent uniforms again but I am extremely glad we did. Not only did the sales rep “Alexa” keep her word but she was very honest about everything that would be provided.
