We have been experiencing ongoing issues with our uniform order not being fulfilled correctly. Every time our route representative stops by, we are promised that the issue will be corrected and that someone will follow up with us. However, no one ever calls back, and the order remains wrong. The complete lack of communication and failure to follow through is extremely frustrating.
good product but after my contracted ended (3 years) I am at double the payment per week then I started. I did not renew and they still are trying to charge me each week. the manager is refusing to pick up their old product. I would highly recommend not to start services with this company...
Was told there was no contact, come to find out it’s a 3 year contract with a $2500 buyout fee. Will be taking legal action 👍
