okay once again, they charged me for 200 tools and I received 140. this is fraud. I am over this company. ever months it is always something. if you are not paying them 1000's a month are your one of their little accounts they don't care about you and they don't treat you as well as their larger accounts. For 3 1/2 yrs my uniform count is wrong. I call Cintas, tell my manager, and leave a note each week about the shortage. STILL BEING IGNORED! The American flag put t on backwards and even UPSIDE-DOWN. Repairs not made made etc... Don't use them.
Cintas has got to be one of the WORST uniform places in the Indianapolis area. And from all the other one star reviews I see on here, apparently my opinion is a popular one. #1- I always will turn in a week's worth of dirty uniforms every week, but the next week I'll only get back maybe one shirt and a couple pairs of pants or vice versa. So I end up having to wash the uniforms at home so that Im not wearing dirty clothes to work. Scam artists. they will deceive you and get you to sign up for something you do not want, the staff is very unprofessional and they only want your money, they do not care about doing what is right, I would never use this company they use crooked tactics.
