**Extremely disappointed with our experience with Cintas\.** We signed a 5\-year agreement in 2022 with pricing of **$0\.35 per week for our workshirts and $0\.35 per week for our pants**\. Recurring billing issues. Sales Reps who openly make false promises. Management who make false promises. Quoted monthly rate over two times the amount promised. When confronted asked to take less product to adjust cost. Then told to put items on hold. Then asked not to speak to senior management. After contacting senior management, false adjustment to monthly cost. No adjustment was made, and new senior rep does not return phone calls or make promised price concessions. It has not been a good experience, billing problems cant be solved, Jeff koehne will not help with the account billing or problems that keep happening and that we report. Waiting for answer weeks almost month. (Five start for driver Justin)
