Worst customer service! Promised bibs for over 6 weeks, but the driver keeps saying, "whoops I forgot.. ill bring them next week" over and over. Called the branch to leave a message... no call back.
Great service. Brian, our rep, is very helpful and accommodating. Very happy with Cintas here at East End Autobody in Revelstoke.

Very, very unpleased with cintas uniform service. The whole department has been short uniforms for months leaving us reusing dirty uniforms for days. They attempted to resolve this by trying to replace all our uniforms with new ones resulting in more of an unorganized mess. Once our uniforms are delivered most of the time they are never in the correct lockers. And whenever I attempt to send a damaged uniform out to get repaired the repair tag gets torn off and thrown in the corner of our change room and hidden away. Hoping t... read more
