Very, very unpleased with cintas uniform service. The whole department has been short uniforms for months leaving us reusing dirty uniforms for days. They attempted to resolve this by trying to replace all our uniforms with new ones resulting in more of an unorganized mess. Once our uniforms are delivered most of the time they are never in the correct lockers. And whenever I attempt to send a damaged uniform out to get repaired the repair tag gets torn off and thrown in the corner of our change room and hidden away. Hoping t... read more
Not only have we always been very happy with the services provided by Cintas, we love getting to see Josh every week! He's always happy to be here, and is so fun to get to do business with every time. He's always cracking jokes, and goes above and beyond when servicing our gym. Cintas takes care of our company coveralls and rags and we couldn't be happier. Brayden covers our route and his service is always top notch! He has even gone above and beyond when one of our guys left a pair of keys in his dirty coveralls. He sorted through all the dirty stuff and returned the key back to us!
