When signing the contract with the sales people they said it was a one year contract. That was a lie and we are now stuck paying for 4 years which supposedly is their minimum. The contract also allows for the prices to increase. If I was able to get out of the contract when I was told I would not be leaving a low review, but it is terrible business practice for the sales team to lie. Extremely unhappy with Cintas!! We have been a customer for MANY years with no problems. Over the past few years, we have had multiple drivers, all of whom were great. But then they left. That should have been the red flag. Drivers are great but the customer service is LESS THAN ZERO. We have been getting charged for uniforms for a new worker for almost 2 months and this gentleman has yet to receive ANY UNIFORMS!!. Yet we are being billed.
