Extremely unhappy with Cintas!! We have been a customer for MANY years with no problems. Over the past few years, we have had multiple drivers, all of whom were great. But then they left. That should have been the red flag. Drivers are great but the customer service is LESS THAN ZERO. We have been getting charged for uniforms for a new worker for almost 2 months and this gentleman has yet to receive ANY UNIFORMS!!. Yet we are being billed. We currently using Cintas services. So far we satisfied but the customer experience can we improved as the communication is lacking. I am still waiting for a response regarding our initial installation.
The man who comes to pick up our uniforms is great, our service manager helped to drop the cost, but that is about the only part of the service I am satisfied with. When signing the contract with the sales people they said it was a one year contract. That was a lie and we are now stuck paying for 4 years which supposedly is their minimum. The contract also allows for the prices to increase.
