Very professional
Honestly, I believe Cintas is only in business to take people's money. The technicians they send are inept. I live at Estero Oaks apartments, bldg 3, adjacent to the FACP room where the alarm goes off EVERY day. Imagine a high pitched beep every 10 seconds, all day long. They are either unwilling or unable to fix it, but are only too happy to take the money. If I had the power to shut them down, I would. Don't do business with this company. You will regret it.
Customer service (Nancy) was helpful in scheduling yearly service. The techs that came to site were professional and knowledgeable. Will continue to do business with Cintas. Peggy Office Manager
