We had Cintas Fire Protection come for our annual inspection. One of the spotlights needed new batteries but, Michael did not have a ladder that was tall enough to reach it. We did not have one either. He suggested we may be able to get a tech with a bigger ladder to come install the batteries the next day. I called that morning and Bri helped me get to the right person.
