The salesman from the beginning knew we only wanted a one time purchase of an OSHA approved medical supply box for our small office and to also update all of our fire extinguishers. He gave a verbal quote of under $500 for the first aid box and I received a quote for the fire extinguishers (attached) of $ 131.97. They delivered the box and sent a bill of $ 545.95. Absolute worst company to use for any services, i had a sales rep show up at my store and sold me on a carpet service for my store. Since it was winter time here in maine there is lots of debris on shoes so I asked the sales rep Andrew camp if I was able to use their services for just the winter months and put my account on a hold for the summer and fall months and start it back up in winter when it was needed, he said yes that they do that for many clients and it wouldn't be an issue. Horrible place to work or do business with. Unethical and completely lacking integrity. They steal from their own employees and especially their customers. Constantly charging customers for goods, and services not being provided. Conducting unethical business practices and defending themselves by saying "that's just the way the rental industry is". Employees are overworked, underpaid and that's if you get paid correctly. Which doesn't happen often. Horribly low moral with constant employee turnover due to poor management who... read more
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. WE HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN A CORRECT BILL IN MONTHS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE TALKED TO TEN DIFFERENT PEOPLE AT CINTAS SOME OF THEM MORE THAN ONCE AND OUR BILL HAS STILL NOT BEEN CORRECTED. NEXT STEP IS TO WRITE THE COMPANY'S GENERAL MANAGER. HOPEFULLY TO CANCEL CONTRACT ADN GET RID OF THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!
