Mauricio was very informative and professional and helped us get our inspection done correctly and helped us stay compliant.
Terrible customer service and extremely poor communication. We waited two hours for our scheduled service, and no one showed up or contacted us. The service was later completed while we weren’t there and before payment was collected, even though we were told that was against their policy. Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication, we were blamed for the missing payment and told they wanted to remove the stickers. We received no voicemail or email regarding payment.
