Had multiple quality issues with the products provided. Also had huge issues with communication once I was questioning the terms of the contract that nobody informed me about. Really really would not recommend this company. It’s been way worse than I imagined it could ever be. Not sure how they’re even in business with their lack of communication from higher ups.
Our rep Anthony continues to be on top of all of our needs! Quick response times and GREAT turn around on new additions to our supply. Always answers my calls and questions.
Gary provides us with excellent and professional services. He always goes the extra step to make sure we are fully stocked and checks in to see if we need anything else. Gary demonstrates a positive reflection of Cintas in all of his interactions with us.
We have been cintas for over 25 years. Our current representative Gary have been with us for 20 years and has always done a great job. As the owner of Midland auto we have approached from other companies and because of Gary we will not change.
