I give them a 1 as you cannot give a negative. We were lied to at our church by their sales person. Nothing stated by the sales person was truthful. Promises of calls back from managers turned into empty promises that failed. I highly recommend you look elsewhere before looking at Cintas. Do not trust them. I have seen more honest used car dealerships. And according to service people, the sales people do this often...again DO NOT TRUST THEM!
