I highly recommend using Cintas for your business needs! I used other services in the past and I was greatly disappointed. That's what caused me to move my services to Cintas. I am extremely impressed with ALL of the staff. Our service tech is amazing. He is so respectful, kind and helpful! You won't regret making your change to Cintas.
We used them for a company rug service. When I went to cancel we originally had to give a 60 day notice. No problem. Then they came back and said we had a two year contract. I asked to see the contract multiple times but was never given the contract.
