I went in for a CO2 laser treatment and had such a great experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they explain everything to you and ease your nerves about whatever treatment you’re getting done. I left feeling and looking like my skin was brand new and everything was priced reasonably. Thank you!!
Dr. Ho and one of the nurses are very kind, professional, and make the visits comfortable. However, the young woman at the front desk is extremely rude and unfriendly. To begin, I booked a consultation with them for a certain time and didn't receive a call until 2 hours after my appointment was scheduled for. By then I was unavailable to talk. I then sent them a text message the following day and didn't get a response until a few hours later. Telling me that I need to put a deposit down if I want to book an appointment with them, which would have been no problem if I could have gotten my consultation.
