I am at a complete loss regarding the lack of communication and professionalism from Neal Horn and this Company - Cinque. I contacted this Company based upon a personal recommendation. I am in desperate need of help on my balcony and I am experiencing major leaks from the balcony. Neal responded by text, asked for a number of photos which I provided within 1 day.
