I had a nail appointment scheduled with Lilia Ben, but she did not show up and didn’t give me any notice. I waited and was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Communication and reliability are very important. I would stay away from this place.

No concept of time. I had to wait for a while and they squeeze through appointments. Just not the professionalism I expect. I won't be coming back for sure. I won't suggest it if your tight on time.

I had nail appointment scheduled and even received a confirmation email “ You have successfully scheduled SPA appointment with Stella Ya”, but when I arrived on time, the salon was closed. I called the number listed on their website and was told in a dismissive tone that they were not open. The call ended abruptly without any apology or explanation. This was extremely unprofessional and wasted my time, gas, and effort. For a salon, this level of service is simply unacceptable.

A lady and Jennifer at the store she is a terrible person and when I was about to get my hair done she gave me one price she said I only had to pay $160 I get inside her salon with my fiance and then she told me 185 and jumped to 200 when I told her that's all I had and then she told me to get out of her store and never come back no more she needs to be reported in her name is Jennifer
