I had nail appointment scheduled and even received a confirmation email “ You have successfully scheduled SPA appointment with Stella Ya”, but when I arrived on time, the salon was closed. I called the number listed on their website and was told in a dismissive tone that they were not open. The call ended abruptly without any apology or explanation. This was extremely unprofessional and wasted my time, gas, and effort. For a salon, this level of service is simply unacceptable.

A lady and Jennifer at the store she is a terrible person and when I was about to get my hair done she gave me one price she said I only had to pay $160 I get inside her salon with my fiance and then she told me 185 and jumped to 200 when I told her that's all I had and then she told me to get out of her store and never come back no more she needs to be reported in her name is Jennifer

If I could give Cinq-Saa zero stars, I would. I’ve never received such an unprofessional manicure in the two decades. I’ve been getting them. I will never go back. I had a gift card that forced me to make an appointment here. The owner and her young daughters were running the entire salon that day. She literally admitted that she does not normally do manicures, and believe me, I could tell. The gel manicure started peeling just 3 to 4 hours that night after I left.
