I have been going to Cinq since they have opened, and have specifically been seen by Bella. She, and the entire staff is always so welcoming and positive as soon as you walk through the door. My hair always looks so incredible after my appointments, and I always get so many compliments. I truly feel like a model walking through the streets of West Chester with my hair blowing in the wind after my appointments. the BEST!!!

I am very disappointed with this salon and the lack of response from the hair stylists. I reached out back in July of 2023 with pictures of my hair and what I was looking to get done. I also called multiple times on different days to try and get a response. It is now 2024 - still no response. I get people are busy but it’s been over a year with no response. I found a salon I really like now and am loyal too. There is no need for follow up, but i do not recommend as their customer service is lacking.

i booked my first appointment with this salon,as someone with the history of sensitivity to some colors , i requested a patch test before proceeding with any hair color. instead of this test they cancelled my appointment! this experience has left me disappointed about your salon customer care protocols. i hope u take this feedback seriously and change your protocol ! instead of canceling you could the patch test , because as i mentioned i am not sensitive to all hair color but to some of them!
