This place suck, and is very expensive for a place like this..
La administración es pésima: tenemos casi dos años viviendo aquí. Tardaron meses para solucionar el problema del portón eléctrico y durante ese lapso me robaron cosas de mi balcon. Hace mes y medio hicieron “inspección” y desde entonces no me han pintado lo que pedí se pintará, tuve que estar presionando a la mánager para que me trajeran el filtro del AC. Feel free to check out my review I posted on yelp. Sent them a demand letter through the email I was giving & was told was the only way to communicate regarding my deposit. Only thing I heard back was that they “couldn’t” see it. Will be filing in small claims court. Whatever you do, don’t rent from these apartments or HOBAN MANAGEMENT who owns the property.
