Good experience from day one. Property is nice clean and well kept.
First off, I want to take my great friend Chris Thornton. He lives here in the apartments and he was the one that recommended me moving in here. The receptionist at the desk that helped me was very patient with me and made the process so much easier. When it came to the down payment, even though my bank was down in Phoenix, she informed me that I could go to the grocery store here and get the money orders I needed to make the first down payment on the apartment they had the patients that I needed, and they were great in ever... read more
I changed my mind about great management. Upon moving out, the manager took pictures before I moved out and posted them with pics after I moved out, to show more items to charge for, then I should have owed. Dishonest to say the least, as well as refusing to give me a signed copy of my 2025 lease. Hmm mm, wonder why not? If you are considering moving to this roach motel, please make sure you; 1) always get a signed copy of your current lease.
