Renters Beware – Dangerous, Neglected, and Dishonest This property was already in serious decline under the previous management, but somehow the new management has taken it even lower. They expect residents to pay more for less, with no accountability and even less care. Expectations are at rock bottom—and still dropping. Don’t recommend they don’t take maintenance very well, have made various work order for non working AC and was just being told I’m freezing my lines, It is very hot this summer and have a toddler who doesn’t do well with heat that has eczema. Bathroom keeps leaking above shower, again nothing has been done. Im having to use many fans just to keep cool and its still not good enough overrall communication isnt good.
