I reach out to corporate about a month ago about a situation I was having in the apartment . The corporate lady and I was having a whole conversation and she said she will contact me in 2 days and still haven’t heard back from nobody from corporate. In my opinion Cinnamon Trails is not the same anymore when I first moved over there back in 2015 or 2016.
I’ve had to listen to this lady for 4 hrs strait stomp up and down the halls slam stuff on the floor slam dressers doors throw shoes just whatever she can think of to get on my nerves purposely and continuously(and ongoing issue since i moved over here) and yet y’all have taken no disciplinary action against her and neither has your Coorperate but let me be doing some not likely of y’all their would be a letter on my door with a fine or threat of eviction you people are pathetic. !!!! They are the worse apartments ever , it took them a almost 2 months to fix our ceiling that had mold coming out of it with our 7 month old and I’m pregnant living here . Mangers are highly disrespectful, and their families to , we never coming back to these apartments again once we move , and i do not recommend anybody moving there either .
