I toured the property with Shanee. She was kind, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. The unit I viewed looked nice and clean. I am very concerned, however, about the pest and rodent problems as mentioned in the review. I am experiencing this same issue where I currently live! Don't want to jump out of the frying pan and into the fire!!! 🤨
Hello, we moved out because of rat problems. We were actually not read our right just that if we wanted to move we should sign a paper just to find it was lease but our and now they want their money. In the 3 and half year a we live their we had so many maintenance issues and it told the people in the office to come and fix it months. I remembered when our ceiling was leaking.
Where do I even begin. I wish I could give a rating under 1 star. This place is in the negatives for sure. I lived here 5 Years ago for 2 years. During that time there was mice and leaks, roaches and spiders and everything you can think of. They never helped or fixed anything. Even though, I have been gone for sometime now this apartment complex still haunts me. I really hate I had to give 1 star to leave a review. But, If you’re thinking about renting from this apartment complex. Don’t.. they completely wasted my time during the application process. The website is garbage.. not user friendly and you’re unable to apply online as stated. I was required to come in to apply because of this, which was inconvenient at the time.
