The day I signed the lease there was a leak from the second floor which came down to my apartment so now there is a portion of the ceiling torn out in the bedroom closet,there are nails coming through the carpet, the bathroom is smaller than the one in the model that I looked at the closet door doesn’t open all the way in the foyer area and a few other things so not a good moving in experience at all on the first day which was yesterday 04/15/2026
Great customer service gerardo gave me super time frame and quick service and I love the apartment too thanks for every thing .
Do not move in here! It’s the worst, you’ll regret it in a day or two. I literally cannot sleep peacefully at night all you hear are full on mouses all night. There’s more mouses than people in this apartment and the maintenance is terrible, ever since I’ve been living here the dishwasher doesn’t work, the carpet is always getting wet (a leak) the blinds always fall, let’s not even mention the prices. I love the apartment and all that it offers. It is convinient to every city in Maryland. I just loved every thing about My experience.
