2/5 Going down hill iv been at cinnamon ridge since 2021. The good things first: apartments are spacious, schools are near by, maintenance was good at first and its going downhill now. The things that need work on: Since these apartments are old the walls are too thin (noise travels), the doors are old, Lack of parking, no parking lines, for this rent there should be in unit laundry, had to call maintenance to fix things like thermostat, clogged washer drains in laundry room, closet door getting stuck and broken. Worse complex I’ve ever lived in !! I’ve moved to cinnamon ridge a month shy of of a year ago. My central ac doesn’t work at all every time I call about the ac I’m told to just buy some blackout curtains!! They show you upgrade apartments and the actual apartment that you will get looks like something out of the 80s !! Just horrible!
