I do not recommend anyone there. One unprofessional person who answers calls by the name of Dennis, could make you angry. Not a good place for anyone. They have gangs who come in to tow cars and they get the proceeds. Horrible place
Poor response from onsite management for any type of issue or request. Building maintenance takes months to fix things (no joke, 7 months to replace a screen door on a ground floor unit). Voicemails and emails aren’t returned by the office. The sitting property manager constantly uses an excuse of “we just took over the property 10 months ago”. As her answer to why things take forever to get managed. The only benefit of the property is the central air conditioning that each unit has.
