I have lived here for about 10 years. If you are reading reviews just look at the last 2 years or so. When the new management team took over in 2023, EVERYTHING is better. Much quicker to preform maintenance, and the property just looks cleaner. Josh and team are doing a fantastic job! Great value for the dollar. Highly recommended.
[Monday 4/14/25] The property was SOLD in 2023 (investment company) and the NEW PROPERTY DIRECTOR (Josh) has done an awesome job with getting this property on track. PREVIOUS OWNER (a Real Estate Attorney) didnot fix some things = I guess due to lack of funds. The OFFICE is on the 1st level, so are the POOL AND LAUNDRY.
