Not the best place to live. They keep taking away amenities while raising rent prices. They also move in the absolute WORST dog owners. I listen to multiple dogs every time I’m home or walk out my door because they allow the dogs to do whatever and poop wherever. No leashes required, people leave aggressive dogs on their porch’s 24/7 and allow them to bark for multiple HOURS at a time and the office does nothing about this. [Wednesday 3/11/26] 📸 Picture from my apt doorway attached. Beautiful view of the mountains. 😃 The property was SOLD in 2023 (investment company) and the NEW PROPERTY DIRECTOR (Josh) has done an awesome job with getting this property on track. PREVIOUS OWNER (a Real Estate Attorney) didnot fix some things = I guess due to lack of funds. The OFFICE is on the 1st level, so are the POOL AND LAUNDRY. I have lived here for about 10 years. If you are reading reviews just look at the last 2 years or so. When the new management team took over in 2023, EVERYTHING is better. Much quicker to preform maintenance, and the property just looks cleaner. Josh and team are doing a fantastic job! Great value for the dollar. Highly recommended.
