This will be my 3rd time renting this beautiful beach house for my girls-only Summer retreat! In 2016 I rented it for 1 week, 2017 for 17 days and this year for 3 weeks. I’ve rented beach homes in different cities throughout Florida and this is by far my favorite. Not only is it beautiful, fully equipped and large enough to host my friends and family but the owner, John, is the BEST!!! We had a great time here in April. House was great - very spacious and clean. The pool was the best: pool and spa are connected by a small waterfall. When the spa turns off, the warm water flows into the pool. John, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.
Our family enjoyed our week at the house. The house is very well equipped and the three levels fit well with our family structure. We especially enjoyed lunches on the third floor balcony where the view is very relaxing. One day we saw a bald eagle soaring overhead and most days we saw osprey fishing in the lake. We rode our bikes to the beach and around the neighborhood including to Publix one time. Our two grandsons spent considerable time in the small pool and had a blast. My family and I had some wonderful days at John's house. In all the details it is noticed that this house has been decorated with love and care. The owners responded to our requirements almost in real time as carefully as their home reflects. Just one suggestion for the cold season: raise slightly the pool water temperature.
Owners are fantastic. Clean, comfortable and love that you are walking distant to the beach. Would recommend staying here to everyone!
