First off, if you have a vegetarian or vegan in your life you're covered going here for a dessert or treat. Was surprised by how many options they had, although could do without multiple biscoff options. Flavors of the items I ordered were good. Cost was a bit higher than I was expecting, but it wasn't unreasonable. The person working the floor the day I was in was approachable and didn't mind answering questions. Sevice was very bad. Waited about 10 mins and no one came from the back to help so we left. They staff was to busy to help or did not want to come from the bad to take a order. There was not 1 person to even come to the front and say anything to us. The bell they have went off 2 times and no service.
