Y’all, go see Juliette at Cinnaholic in Odessa, she’s the best!! Honestly, have not had anything I did not like - everything is so fresh and soft. Try the Cookie Monster cinnamon roll with Carmel sauce instead of chocolate sauce, you won’t regret it!!Â
Just went in there, cashier was so rude. No matter how good it is, will not go back for this reason alone.Â
The hype around this experience was high, however I was not impressed. The choices were great, but the customer service was lacking, & the cinnamon roll was served cold and very undercooked. If it weren’t for the toppings it would have been a total bust.Â
I love the sweetness overload and the owner is just as sweet! Delicious. My favorite was the German chocolate cookie dough.Â
Horrible Experience, starting from the service the girl in front didn’t even make eye contact, when we ask if she had room temperature water she said No (not even try to said let me check) the Cinnamon rolls are not even freshly baked the flavor wasn’t good at all and the hot cocoa (not even hot it was just warm) NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL I’m not trying to be a Karen, the good thing my kid liked the cold waterÂ
