Every thing we got was stale. I doubt if anyone there is baking anything. My wife got something in package and it was hard.Â

We visited cinnaholic about a week ago. I just got the plain Jane standard cinnamon roll. It wasn’t even warm. The frosting was just a big glob on the cinnamon roll. This is my 2nd time coming. I had super high hopes the quality would’ve been the same overtime, practically since the grand opening. I got the same exact thing then and it was so warm and gooey. But this time around it was a disappointment.Â
Stopped in 10-31-25 at about 6:30 pm. Ordered 2 berry and 1 regular rolls. They were hard as a rock! I think they were stale. For that kind of money roughly $8 to $10 each they need to make sure that they are fresh.Â
I am always impressed when I enter Cinnaholic... I am always greeted with gratefulness and a smile from Juliett. I believe she has worked there since day one & I am grateful for that, there are not many companies that have that OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So its a joy just to enter her store. And I love my Cookie-Dough scoops. Do not let Juliet ever leave your store. I would give her a 10 if that was possible!Â
