Stopped in on Thursday with my elderly mother she was so excited to see what they had. Unfortunately the only employee had no knowledge of any of the product. My mother asked what’s in this and how much is that. I don’t know where the answers. Very unfriendly and seemed to be a burden on her to ask anything. I encouraged my mother to leave and not to spend money with them. But she wouldn’t and settled for a cookie. Very rude and care free employee.
The cinnamon rolls were RAW in the middle. There were not cooked all the way through and they were drowning in watery icing. Highly disappointed. Then when I tried to call them to get a refund, their phone number is disconnected. We live 30 min away so we can’t just drive over there. I hope a manager sees this and contacts me to provide a refund. Almost $20 for raw dough.

Dessert is very good, BUT the service stinks!! This is my second time here and not sure if I will return. I ordered a single item before the people behind me ordered 3 items. That order was fixed and handed out before mine was started. The worker had a earbud in and was on the phone the entire time. Questions we had, she didn't have answers to. No coffee, she didn't even know how to make coffee. Not even sure if there was coffee there. Not happy at all today with this visit.
