Recently, I’ve placed two online orders only to get to the store and find that they’re closed (two separate occasions). Both times their social media has no mentions of closing early, Google says they’re open, and their website says they’re open. I placed both orders through Cinnaholic’s website and even received confirmation texts saying that my order would be ready about 15 minutes after ordering. I stopped in on 12/31/2025 @ 10:30am and again @ 7:30pm to purchase some items. When I walked in I was not greeted with a good morning or hello. I went over to the display and the shelves were empty. The man working stated that he just got to the establishment it stated on line hours of operation are 10:00 until 9:00 pm . I went back the same day @ 7:30 pm and they were closed . I used to like going to this Cinnaholic , but haven't been in over a year. I think it has newish owners. It has gone way downhill. The man behind the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing. They were out of multiple toppings. The counters where they prepare food looked very messy. The whole place was dirty, but especially the bathroom. I just tried Cinnaholic for the first time after hearing rave reviews from friends. Unfortunately, it did not deliver. I ordered the original roll. It was rock hard, clearly microwaved within an inch of its life. I could barely cut through it with a knife.The icing was melted and the “butter” was all separated.
