3 stars – disappointed. I went to pick up a prepaid Cinnacake for my son’s birthday, and it wasn’t ready. The two employees working around 4:30 PM were trying their best, but had no guidance and had to look up instructions and ask for help while a line built up. I waited about 15 minutes. I appreciate their effort, but a prepaid order should have been ready. And this was the product below.

Quality cinnamon roll. Baked every hour. Make it a treat as mentioned in another review. Size is in between a Cinnabon regular and mini. If you wish to moderate the sweetness and/or to better taste the cinnamon, recommend one dollop of frosting rather than two. Having the frosting on side would be even better. The Dole soft serve was refreshing and light.

I’ve tried Cinnaholic in LA and loved it! Unfortunately this location does not deliver the same quality. My old skool was overflowing with a mound of thin icing and had little to no cinnamon.

This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location. And the biggest problem is letting kids run the store by themselves. The young lady who seemed like she was in charge was super aloof. When I walked in the had a large group ordering. I was picking up a pick up order. I was told they were out of cinnamon rolls and had to make some. My common sense says when they saw they were almost out they should have immediately put some in the oven. Even as I’m writing this they only put a dozen in the oven sold those to who is wait... read more
