I placed and prepaid for a catering order online on March 19, 2026. The order was supposed to be picked up on April 11. This order was not fulfilled on April 11 due to a last-minute cancellation. I called AND emailed on both April 10 and April 11 to try to get my money back. The order was never made by the bakery. The bakery uses ezCater as their online ordering system. Upon walking in with two friends, none of us were greeted at all. No acknowledgement when we were ready to order, the girl just stared at us. I do not feel like i am entitled or anything like that. I work in a field where there is no room for terrible customer service. No "are you guys all ready" or " will that be all today" nothing. It was very weird and rude in my opinion. 3 stars – disappointed. I went to pick up a prepaid Cinnacake for my son’s birthday, and it wasn’t ready. The two employees working around 4:30 PM were trying their best, but had no guidance and had to look up instructions and ask for help while a line built up. I waited about 15 minutes. I appreciate their effort, but a prepaid order should have been ready. And this was the product below.Â
