Worst customer service I can’t even give them one star in Mesa
I tried the original cinnamon roll and it was warm, super gooey, & extremely delicious!
[2026 - May] - 4 stars I ordered an Old Skool, a little tub of cookie dough, and a brownie. Something has definitely changed in all 3 of these categories. The Old Skool cinnamon roll was still good but they definitely lightened up on the amount of icing they give you/how they make it. The cookie dough was not level in the container, it almost looked like it was not the correct weight but that was just eyeballing it, didn't taste as good as I remember either.
