Went there, was warned there was only 3 rolls left, paid, had to be refunded a roll due to their allegedly being only 2 rolls. While waiting new customers arrived to be told it would be about a 7 minute wait for more rolls. Had I known; I would’ve gladly waited to purchase a third roll alongside the two stale ones

My first experience…As soon as I walked in, there was a homeless person occupying a table with all his belongings. Fine. I ordered the caramel apple bun. Terrible. It was dry on the outside(stale). The crème brûlée frosting was terrible. You could tell that was sitting because it had separated. I also thought the apples would be caramelized. Anyways, terrible product. Never again.

Walked in. Employee talking on their cell phone. Did not acknowledge us. Instead chose to walk to the back, leaving us alone in the store. I guess they didn't want our money?

This was my first time in this shop and I was pleasantly surprised. I came in on Friday night and bought a banana bread. It was fairly priced for how big the piece was. It was moist and full of flavor. It was really well made. The shop was very clean and comfortable to sit in. The lady behind the counter was really pleasant and respectful. I will definitely come back again for more when I'm in the area.
