Normally I always get Cinnabon for the kiddos and I but on yesterday 5/29/2026 I purchased a box of 4 of the big cinnamon rolls and they were over cooked and stiff, so we didn’t eat them, took them back first thing this morning on 5/30/2026 and the cashier was super rude, lacked empathy and offered me a fresh box. I drove a long way for a Cinnabon, only to receive one that was dry and disappointing. It tasted no better than a canned Pillsbury cinnamon roll. Very frustrating—especially after making the trip.
Horrible cinnamon rolls they were dry and tasted like they were a couple of days old really disappointed had come to Houston from Beaumont and was really looking forward to have one won’t do that again
