This is the newest Cinnabon location in the Savannah area. The cinnabons are larger, tastier, and less expense than the Oglethorpe Mall location. The customer service is okay. I can tell this is a family run location, so customer service isn't A1 quite, yet. I frequent this location at least once a week. The location is clean. The cinnamon rolls are always fresh. And I am able to get in and out quickly. I have not ordered the ice cream from this store. I am a Coldstone, Chick-fil-a, or Cookout milkshake fan.
Great food, really helpful workers, always very fast service
Great experience, even though the staff was a bit all over the place. The bread was fantastic!

Advertises a “Reese’s peanut butter cup” milkshake but it’s nothing but chocolate base and peanut butter. False advertisement. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
