I had such a great experience at my local Cinnabon! The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive and made the visit feel genuinely enjoyable. I also picked up a CinnaPack, and WOW — it was absolutely amazing. I followed the instructions on the box and heated them up for 30 seconds, and they tasted like they had just come out of the oven. They were warm, soft, gooey and perfectly delicious. Great customer service! I’m bringing pack of minis on a trip, told me how to reheat after freezing, and the ones I got for today are amazing!
Went in this location to get a Cinna roll cold brew. The popular coffee at cinnabon. The employee started to fill my cup from a dispenser that said mocha on it so I asked him. Are you sure that's the right one? He assured me that it was. So he hands me my cup and I take a sip and sure enough it's the wrong drink. Instead of making me the correct drink, he tried to say that they don't have what they need to make it.
