This is my first time at this location. Cinnabon is not what it used to be. The employees weren't very welcoming to say the least. Mine you it's a beautiful warm day around lunch time. One employee was just watching videos on his phone the whole time I was the only one there. He got up when a food delivery employee came along for a pickup. I had a horrible experience. I bought two boxes—one with 6 Cinnabons and another with 4—plus a Churro Stick and Cinnabon Bites. At the front counter they had the box of 6 Cinnabons, and I told them I didn’t want that box. She told me she wouldn’t change it. The cinnamon roll cold brew was so good! My first coming in very clean. Wasn’t busy which is a good thing since I was slightly in a rush and hungry🤣! 1:17 pm came in for a snack!
