There was this lady named Daniela whi is claiming to be the manager and she does not deserve to be a manager she refused to serve me and me family plain cinnabons she was telling me to wait for one hour while she had them ready she said that I had to pay extra if I need it plain. I buy cinnabons every time when I come to the mall she has 0 experience as a manager and no customer service experience she was rude and mean. Never buying from there again. Horrible severe. Im so disappointed at the store.
Horrible service from this place. Lying and inconsiderate worker. I am ordering and paying for a Cinnabon that has no icing. The girl Daniella is telling me she cannot do it and that I have to wait 1 hour for it. Meanwhile they just removed freshly baked Cinnabon rolls from the oven and the girl who is icing it was waiting to package it for me. But this girl is not willing to sell me no icing Cinnabon.
