Cinnabon at Oshawa Centre is a delightful surprise! It's not located in the main food court, which makes it a bit hidden, but once you catch that signature aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls, you know you’re close. The spot itself is cozy with limited seating, but the quality of the food more than makes up for the size. Went yesterday for a Cinnabon and was greeted by the employees immediately, super friendly service Brandon W did a great job and was super friendly throughout the whole visit!!
Asked for fresh cinnamon buns made to wait an hour for stale minibons,Brandon W and female coworker had lied about fresh cinnabons and ignored me when asked for a fresh box, and did not allow unopened box to be traded for a fresh pack, horrible service.
Asked for fresh, waited an hour, cold Cinnabons.
Yesterday me and my sister went and Kevin (employee) was really friendly and helpful. Haven't had such good customer service in so long, will definitely be going back
