There was this lady named Daniela whi is claiming to be the manager and she does not deserve to be a manager she refused to serve me and me family plain cinnabons she was telling me to wait for one hour while she had them ready she said that I had to pay extra if I need it plain. I buy cinnabons every time when I come to the mall she has 0 experience as a manager and no customer service experience she was rude and mean. Never buying from there again. Horrible severe. Im so disappointed at the store.
Horrible service from this place. Lying and inconsiderate worker. I am ordering and paying for a Cinnabon that has no icing. The girl Daniella is telling me she cannot do it and that I have to wait 1 hour for it. Meanwhile they just removed freshly baked Cinnabon rolls from the oven and the girl who is icing it was waiting to package it for me. But this girl is not willing to sell me no icing Cinnabon. Five stars for sure. The service was outstanding and the gentleman that served us was knowledgeable and very nice. We ya always fun watching them make them as well. My only complaint is the cutlery. Don’t be cheap. It can’t possibly cost that much more to get sturdy forks.
It is hard to enjoy the food with plastic cutlery that bends. Suggest the management to invest in firm disposables rather than bendy soft ones that can barely cut the food. This is Cinnabon inside the Oshawa Center. As you walk away from the main food court towards exit 4/5 on the upper floor, you would come across this store.
Got my 9-piece mini bons pack and 4 churros today! 🍩 The counter employee said he'd put two churros in each bag, but one bag was empty. 😔 So disappointing to discover that at home! I trusted him and didn't even take the receipt for such a simple order.
