I have to wonder if upper management is seeing the reviews. The employees here are the rudest, most inept people I have had the displeasure of interacting with. My kids want to stop here every time we go to the mall and without fail every single time the employees have abysmal customer service skills. Short attitude especially when we thought the one person at the cash register was open. She was short and said I'm open they are not with harsh attitdue and rolled her eyes. Very rude.
I know Cinnabon’s food is usually great, but unfortunately I never even made it to ordering. The staff’s attitude was enough to stop me in my tracks. After reading other one-star reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. What’s most disappointing is that these employees clearly knew how to present themselves well during the hiring process, yet that level of professionalism didn’t carry over to serving customers. Great product, but the customer service inside the mall was a major letdown.
El personal es pésimo te atienden de muy mala manera, me encantaba venir aqui por mi café cada domingo pero un domingo me salio super salado sabía horrible le reclame a la señora que de muy mala manera contesta SIEMPRE que tal vez lo habían echo mal que ahi había leche para mejorarlo, suelo venir ya de vez en cuando, deberían cambiar de personal ☺️
They wouldn’t even sell me the fresh stuff I had to buy there gross box stuff made who knows when don’t go here
