I have to wonder if upper management is seeing the reviews. The employees here are the rudest, most inept people I have had the displeasure of interacting with. My kids want to stop here every time we go to the mall and without fail we receive abysmal customer service. It’s cinnamon rolls - I’m not really sure why they feel the need to condescend to customers over pastries. They don’t greet you.
