Been they're twice.bought a box old and stale🤢 microwave 1 minute to get them soft terrible service. few weeks later, try it Again, bought a couple . There's stale old that people are very rude. Unfriendly, I recommend going any place else for you're cinnabon not this location..

I was sold already packed boxes, not sure how old they were. Once I got home and opened them, they were not soft at all. Better once warmed up but not happy to have purchased slightly stale boxes. The rep asked if I would be okay purchasing them, which I agreed to thinking they weren't to old. That was wrong. Always ask for a fresh box!

The cinnamon roll they served wasn’t fully baked — the dough inside was still raw. When I mentioned it to the woman at the counter, she completely ignored me and acted as if I wasn’t there. Very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately this location has bad food, bad service, and an ok atmosphere. The cinnamon rolls here are extremely dry and cold. You expect something really soft and warm, and you get the exact opposite. Don’t get the Bonbites as they are so stale. Services also not good. The person working there did not know their own menu, so when I ordered items from their menu, they had to leave their store, find a second employee in the mall, and come back to help me. Atmosphere is ok. Small seating space.
