Esperanza served us and was great! The cinnamon roll was obviously delicious, but I especially appreciated the customer service!
I was craving a cinnamon roll for so long. Ordered a full-size roll to go, went to Starbucks to sit down and eat there. But the roll wasn’t even cooked properly, it was raw inside on the bottom… I went there to explain and ask for an exchange to mini ones. The lady on the counter doesn’t speak English well, so she asked help from the sunglasses lady in front of their store.
