I asked for a regular Cinnabon without frosting as I’m allergic, the gentleman said they are not allowed to sell it without frosting and walked away. When I tried to call him to comeback and talk to me he swore and me and told me to go somewhere else. This is what you call customer service these days. Just wild! I asked politely. Clearly your staff need to be taught about manners!!! Never again!!!
I paid the $6.99 for the too good to go deal and I got 3 things . A small drink and two small items. Never again. I heard this is what happens at The Walden galleria one. How are other places?
I sat in front of the storefront for 10 minutes while 2 workers chatted and actively ignored me. I ended up leaving before buying anything.
