Amazing customer service
If I could give taste a less than 0 I would! The rolls were dry. Some parts even under cooked. Pl don't waste ur time or your money at this cinabon!
Would give a zero star review if it was an option. Purchased a gift card in January from the Potomac Mills location and tried to use it today at Potomac Mills but neither of the 2 employees could figure out how to complete the purchase and swiped the gift card multiple times. They called another worker on the phone and speaking in very little English, continued to swipe the card and card kept as accepted but they could not complete the transaction. Picked up some cinnamon rolls and the one already packed are not that good. They skimp on the frosting. If you’re going to charge 16.99 for a four pack, at least load it up with frosting.
It's like this location is scared to add the cinnamon part of the Cinnabon, it is quite literally bread and icing. This is very disappointing!!!!
