I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had at this Cinnabon. My mother and I stood in a long line because she wanted to purchase a pack of six Cinnabons. While waiting, I watched employees pull multiple trays of fresh, hot Cinnabons from the oven. There were additional trays still baking and more being prepared. I've been going to this location for the last 30 years and it always provides an excellent service for me. The only negative thing is that the product is so expensive. The individuals who work there are very friendly and I would buy again if I have at least $10 to spend.
I ordered DoorDash from Cinnabon and it is always fresh and delicious. I make sure to order the individual not the multi packs the packs don’t seem to be as fresh, but I’m sure they’re still great. I’m pretty sure this location is inside a shopping mall in case you’re visiting.
