Had the pleasure of meeting 4 sweet young ladies that gave me and my mom excellent service on the evening of August 22 at the mall. They were fun, friendly and made our Cinnabon experience very very memorable. Just wanted to uplift them for excellent and very friendly service.. Thanks girls keep on keeping on.

This is what my cinnamon roll looks like when I got them. Horrible representation, dough like texture, and very bad service. Staff seem like they don’t care about customers or their job at all.
The staff are absolutely horrible. The girl working took her boyfriends order over the glass at the back of the line. Then she had him walk past the entire line to the counter. I understand the bad reviews now. Tell me you suck at your job without telling me....
